My chocolate and gold foil husband-to-be. Wow.
So my personal superman was asked to be Iron Man in the famous New York Chocolate Show that took place last Thursday, November 7th at Pier 94. Fashion designers and pastry chefs teamed up for this Superhero-themed evening of craziness.
And what was I doing Thursday evening? Selling books in Alabama!!

I’m so glad there’s an explanation for this.
Congratulations on the tour AND that gorgeous ring. I just picked up ‘Belle’ yesterday and can’t wait to crack it open.

Dear Brooke,
You’re traveling too much; I understand. I have been traveling back and forth from Florida to Texas to Florida to Arkansas to Texas to Florida and now I’m back in Texas - all this trying to keep up with my love of ten year, my sweetheart. And, I’m a hell of lot older than you, my dear.
One thing you might want to correct on you blog: last Thursday was November 6th, not the 7th, as you reported. No big thing, but I know it was the 6th, because I flew into Dallas that day.
Wish you would blog more often. Nice to see a fellow native Floridian make good, as we say.
I envy your time with your mother, as I lost mine in June.
