-Roasted Yellow Carrots and Onions with Honey, Lime and Habanero
-Farfalle with Squash, Eggplant, Jalapeno and Parmiggiano
-Summer Berry Compote with Toasted Pouncake

Ooooh, I have several good zucchini recipes. One for the ubiquitous bread and another for a fabulous salad. I will try to post soonest, Norah!

Where were you, sweets? You know I grew up there…4 miles from West Point….a little village called Cornwall-on-Hudson. Beautiful area isn’t it?
