Stuffing for the Skinny Set

Foie gras in France means an ounce of self-conrol on Turkey Day. Hello quinoa (KEEN-wa), goodbye sausage and cornbread stuffing (my family's recipe is 127 years old). Okay, a spoonful of both--for Mamma's sake. (Click HERE for the Self Magazine recipe.)
