Menu Spy–Restaurant-Style Tuna Tartare

I’m not so sure about the food, but I love your dress. Wish we could find cute stuff like that in Panama City, FL .

I was in your Learning Annex class last night and I appreciated all of the information. It was wonderful to meet you. Thank you for taking your time to do this for us. The handout is full of useful tips. Good luck on all your endeavors, although I’m pretty sure you don’t need it. Your mom will be visiting quite soon…unless she decides you should just go ahead and get your own television network!

Yum! I absolutely adore tuna tartare. Loved seeing you make it. And that looked so incredibly scrumptious!
So the question is: Just how good was your dish? I bet it was pretty awesome. Was it as tasty as the chef’s? LOL!
And can you give us culinary klutzes the exact recipe (in writing) or am I hoping for too much?

I will never look at a striped apron the same again!
