You’re bringing back memories! My Mum used to make homemade granola in the 70s and 80s. At the time, I would have given my left arm for a box of Count Chocula, but not anymore! I’m going to try out your recipe tomorrow morning.

Recipe looks great. One small problem: the kitchen clock reads… 2:30pm.
VERY Liza Minelli!

Love this recipe. Foolproof even for the culinary challenged among us…i.e., moi.

While your granola certainly has some healthy parts to it, it’s LOADED with sugar between all the fresh fruit, honey, coconut, dried fruit etc.. I’m guessing it’s about the same calorie content of a cheese danish.

i typically use my granola as *garnish* atop my yogurt. 2-3 TBSPs of granola is not, in fact, equal to a cheese danish. moderation, my dear!

Point taken! Moderation is always a good thing
I’m still curious about the calorie/sugar content though.

It probably has more nutrition for the calories than a cheese danish though

How much brown sugar is used?
