Green Goddess
Be a Green Goddess (salad dressings need not apply) and blanch your way to beautiful vegetables. It's quick and easy: Hot water, a cold water plunge and a snazzy pair of tongs do the job. Follow me as I transform asparagus, sweet peas and mint into one of spring’s most delicious pasta salads (if I do say so myself...)

Hi Brooke, As someone who used to work as a television producer (and has been on a ton of shows), I would see if you could cut or change the background music (or lower it WAY DOWN). It gets annoying and really fights what you are trying to do.
Looks like a delicious recipe that I look forward to trying.

I LOVE this recipe! Veg delight! What kind of cheese would you use as a substitute?

jennie, if you don’t like feta, a nice french chevre would be another delicious option.

Yes, I love these videos. But I agree the music is too loud at the beginning. I don’t mind the volume level during the video though. It’s appropriate music.

hmmmm… i’ll speak with the production people and see what i can do about the music… phps it IS too loud for the workplace.
thank y’all for the feedback!

I don’t mind the music. I love the dress you were wearing and hope we can see more dresses in future episodes.
