Sounds like a great recipe. I, too, have never heard "shalots" pronounced that way. Ever. (Sort of like shalom?) I had to stop the tape and check -- what is she talking about? Maybe it's a southern thing, though.

Still, that background music is ANNOYING!

Thank you Belle, but i wanted to ask, in this recipe, is it necesary to use that much olive oil? I mean, I usually use less than half of what you showed, but only because i'm a lousy cook... and thank goodness for teflon.

I have to admit, your segments are very informative and entertaining. Keep up the good work!

pp.

ps --Love the dress, however, do tell Aaron to ditch the crewneck tee under the dress shirt look. If he needs a tee go v-neck. Toodles.

HOORAY!

You and your show are simply fantastic, but who is that gorgeous brunette in the background whose face you can't see at all in the red and white dress? You should have her on more!

Kidding, kidding. Loved it of course. Keep 'em coming!

No one who says shallots like you do says "ya'll". So which is it. Your writing voice or your speaking voice that's fake?
