I've been going to school in the Village for two years now, and I was also in the area that night. I also could have been a lot closer if I'd made different decisions. Instead I went to a workshop run by a friend who was at that pizzeria herself. Now I check my old bookmarks to see what's been going on while I was studying... and here it is again. Sometimes New York feels like a frighteningly small place. I’m more than a little creeped out by this incident.
